NexGen Barrier is the authorized United States partner of Raysan Flexible Barrier — headquartered at 165 E Union Ave, East Rutherford, NJ. We supply, engineer, and install PAS 13 certified PolyCore™ systems for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants across the Northeast and nationwide.

Who We Are
American facilities still default to painted steel barriers — and pay for it in floor repairs, rack replacements, and endless repainting. NexGen exists to change that. We are the US distribution and installation partner for Raysan, whose PolyCore™ polymer has been impact-tested to 40,000 joules under TÜV-NORD PAS 13 protocols.
From our New Jersey headquarters we support projects with site assessment, layout engineering, product supply, and certified installation. You deal with one team from the first walkthrough to the final anchor torque check.

We do not drop pallets at the dock and leave. Every engagement starts with how your facility actually runs: forklift classes and weights, aisle widths, rack layouts, shift patterns, temperature zones, and any insurer or OSHA requirements on the table.
That data drives barrier selection — 1R ground protection vs 2R lane separation vs 3R pedestrian height, kerb rails where forks are the hazard, RackFort™ at aisle ends. You get a layout drawing, product schedule, and impact rationale — not a generic catalog pick list.

Why PolyCore™
Steel yields on first serious impact, transfers impulse into concrete and rack steel, and rusts in wash-down areas. PolyCore™ flexes, absorbs, and rebounds — the same run can take multiple hits below the endurance limit without a maintenance ticket.
The polymer is self-coloured signal yellow, food-contact safe, chemical resistant, and recyclable at end-of-life. For food, pharma, and cold storage, that matters as much as the impact rating.

Quality Commitment
We will not supply an untested barrier. Every profile in our catalog is PAS 13 certified through independent TÜV-NORD testing — impact, deflection, and penetration measured under published protocols, not brochure claims.
Our installers are trained on anchor spec, post plumb, and rail engagement. Post-install, we verify the layout matches the engineering drawing. If a barrier is not mounted to spec, it is not protecting your people.
