By accessing and using the NexGen Barrier website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. NexGen Barrier is an authorized partner of Raysan Flexible Barrier and distributes PolyCore™ flexible polymer barrier systems in the United States.

Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All quotes are estimates and final pricing is confirmed upon order. Installation services are provided subject to site assessment and availability.

Warranty

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (Raysan) and are subject to their warranty terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
