100% Recyclable PolyCore™
PolyCore™ flexible barriers are manufactured entirely from recyclable polymer materials. Unlike steel barriers that require galvanizing, painting, and eventual disposal as mixed waste, PolyCore™ components can be returned to the recycling stream at end-of-life.
The self-coloured polymer eliminates the need for paint or coatings that flake off and contaminate environments — particularly important in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical facilities.

Steel barriers generate ongoing environmental costs: paint and galvanizing chemicals, energy for maintenance and replacement, and floor repair from transferred impact energy. PolyCore™ eliminates these entirely.
A PolyCore™ barrier that absorbs impact and rebounds continues protecting for years without repainting, re-galvanizing, or replacement. When a section does need swapping, only the damaged profile is replaced — not the entire run.
Modular design also means barriers can be relocated as facility layouts change, avoiding waste from demolished fixed steel installations.
