Overview
The 1R Barrier is designed to prevent collision risks in areas where transport and loading vehicles frequently pass. Its ground-level design protects sensitive areas such as rack legs, machinery, and wall bases against impact.
Made from high-impact-absorbing PolyCore™ polymer material, it absorbs energy during collision, disperses vibrations, and returns to its original shape after impact. Its bright yellow color enhances visibility and improves driver awareness.
Installation
Posts are anchored to concrete with supplied fixings. Rails slide into posts without welding. Layout changes require only hand tools — no hot work permit.
