Overview
RackWall™ creates a continuous polymer shield across rack aisle ends, stopping fork penetration into the rack bay and protecting pick faces from glancing impacts. It is specified where single post-and-rail ends are not enough — especially in high-velocity distribution centers with narrow aisles.
Installation clamps to the rack structure without welding or drilling into load-bearing members.
Installation
Bracket-mounted to rack frames with supplied hardware. Can be fitted during live operations with short aisle closures.

Manufactured by Raysan Flexible Barrier. Supplied and installed in the US by NexGen Barrier — East Rutherford, NJ.
