Overview
SmartBar is a compact PolyCore™ profile for facilities where full-height barriers are unnecessary but rack legs, conveyors, and wall bases still need verified impact protection. The low rail height keeps sight lines open in narrow aisles while absorbing forklift contact at the most common strike point — ground level.
Like every NexGen system, SmartBar is PAS 13 tested, maintenance-free, and installs without hot work or concrete coring.
Installation
Surface-mounted with chemical anchors. Two installers can run 80–100 m per shift. No welding or rack modification required.
